CONTRACT AND RENTING CONDITIONS

For us is impossible to hold a villa more than 24 hours without receiving this signed document. Please do not forget to send us back this contract fulfilled in order to confirm your reservation.

1.- The payment must be carried out according to the following conditions:

 

-30% of the rental price of the house and 30 Euros for dossier charges, to be paid on reservation through a bank transfer:

-70% of the total must be paid 45 days before the day of arrival by bank transfer. All the bank charges will be paid by clients.

If payment by bank transfer is not possible, our clients may use the secure payment by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD).  This type of payment will always imply a 2% of bank commission charges over each amount paid by clients.

Once the location is fully paid, the clients will receive a voucher with all the indications to present at the moment of the arrival for the key delivery.

 

2.- Cancellation Fees.


-Cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival: cancellation fees will correspond to the 30 % from the total amount of the rental.
-Cancellation between 45  days and the date of arrival: cancellation fees will correspond to the 100% from the total amount of the rental.
Cancellation by THE AGENCY:
In the case that for some circumstances our agency will be obliged to cancel a reservation, the clients will be immediately informed and another villa will be offered. If they do not accept this option, the sum already paid by them will be completely refunded.

Complaints.
If you wish to make a complaint, you will have to inform us initially by phone during the 72 hours following your arrival and to validate this complaint you should send in any case a certified post with acknowledgement of receipt during the first 4 days of your stay.
After this period of time (6 days maximum), any complaint will be considerate by The agency Sarl.
The specified deadline is a supplementary precaution to protect our clients from negative surprises. Please be careful and respect the deadlines.
For all the details and less important questions, we will be at your disposal in our local agency to help you and to act as intermediary between you and the owner of the property rented.
THE AGENCY will be not responsible for any lost, theft, or damages caused or affecting the clients while their stay in our villas.
The agency will be not responsible of the activities taking place around the rented property that may cause any inconveniences to our clients (Works, sports and others)

 

3.- A guarantee deposit (credit card receipt Visa or mastercard) must be paid on arrival:

  • 1.000 Euros for apartments and small villas without pool.
  • 2.000 Euros for all the villas with pool and in high standing category.
  • 6.000 Euros for luxury villas.

After your departure, a member of the agency, will visit the property, in order to verify there is no damage has been caused and so permit the refund of the guarantee deposit.
In case of damage, the requested amount will be the equivalent to the brand new price of the damaged object.

 

4.- The house will be in perfect shape on entrance of the client  and must be in a good state on departure, however if this should not be the case cleaning expenses will be charged to the client from 17 Euros + IVA per hour (depending on the rented property).
For the villas where there is no garbage collection the clients are required to deposit them in the containers provided and situated at most crossroads and street corners.

 

The number of lodgers must never exceed the number stated in the descriptive of the property. Should the client infringe this clause the agency is in right to penalize and count an extra charge per person in addition, per day or even expel the clients immediately without any possibilities for them to claim compensations. The price of extra bed is 20 Eur/day and extra baby cot 10 Eur/day. Both will always need the written acceptation of the agency.
All types of behaviour that could cause damage to the property is liable to lead to immediate expulsion with no possibilities to claim any compensation.
Exterior noise or music is only allowed if the volume do not exceed the legally permitted. Clients must have a civic behaviour and respect neighbours and the rented house.
Animals and pets are not accepted. Nevertheless the agency must be advised about their presence at the time of the reservation.

 

5.- The price includes:

water, gas, electricity, maintenance of garden and pool if there is one in the property.  Cleaning and laundry services will be specified in the joined to this document, description of the rented property.

 

6.- If the telephone of the rented property is used by the clients, a guarantee deposit (credit card) will be requested upon arrival and after the reception of the invoice 2 months later, the exact amount will be charged to the clients.

 

7.-All the arrivals must occur between 16:00 hrs. and 20:00 hrs to our reception: Ibiza House Renting.

In case of arrival out of office times, the client should inform the agency in order to plan it carefully with our team. This service will have an cost depending on the time of arrival, of maximum 100 Euros, to be paid at the moment of the arrival. Subject to availability.

 

The client must inform the agency at least 3 days before concerning the estimated time of arrival (opening hours of agency from may to October:  09:30 hrs. to 13:30 hrs. and from 16:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs. Every day of the week.)  in order to allow the agency to plan reception at the office
