Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, sea ​​and mountain view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - Main house - 4 :
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, sea ​​and mountain view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5 - Guest House :
Room, in another building. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

This modern villa with solar panels, is ideally suited to families or groups. It offers wonderful sea views from many of the rooms, as far as the island of Formentera.
The property has 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 4 in the main house and 1 in a cosy stone guests house.
On the ground floor of the main house you can find a mondern fully equipped kitchen, a large living-room with 2 sitting areas and a dining table (seats up to 12). This level also comprises a master bedroom and another bedroom, facing the beauitful garden.
Upstairs you can find 2 more bedrooms and a charming and spacious terrace with sea and mountain views. The house also features a laundry room.
In the separate guest house, there is a charming bedroom with ensuite bathroom a beautiful garden to enjoy.
At this villa, you can also enjoy a gym, located under the pool.

Staff & Services

The prices include : a cleaning service (3-5 times a week, depending on the month), one change of bedlinen and towels, the final cleaning.

Location

The airport can be reached in 7 minutes and many of the islands stunning beaches are at a short few minutes drive (1.5 kilometers).
