Indoors 

This 385 m² contemporary designer villa is built on a plot of 1100 m². It offers clear & open spaces which blend with stone, marble, wood and iron.
This fully air-conditioned and super bright property, has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms en suite and a guest toilet.
You will appreciate the large living room (with integrated dining area and access to the terrace), the fully equipped kitchen (with central island) and the  magnificent TV Room (with  Apple TV, Netflix and a new Profesional sound system). There is also an equipped laundry and high speed WiFi across the whole villa.


Outdoors​ 

The property features charming outdoors from where you can see the most spectacular sunsets on the island.
