Indoors

The interior of the house will win you over with its meticulous decoration and warm atmosphere. The living room and dining room are communal areas where you can gather with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy on the terrace while admiring the view of the swimming pool. The interiors are modern and comfortable, combining traditional Ibizan style with contemporary needs.

Outdoors

The large garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air. The new private swimming pool (8x4m - depth: 1.25/1.85m) will keep you cool on hot summer days. The terrace with barbecue area invites you to prepare tasty outdoor meals. The various terraces offer breathtaking views of the pool, creating an enchanting setting for your moments of relaxation.

Location

Villa Loa is ideally located. Situated in the peaceful and exclusive development of Roca Llisa, you will enjoy 24-hour private security. Golf is just 5 minutes away, while the centre of Ibiza is 10 km away. You can stroll around the port and the historic district of Dalt Vila, or go shopping in the town's many boutiques.

The beaches of Cala Llonga and Cala Olivera are within easy reach by car, giving you the chance to explore Ibiza's beautiful coastal scenery.

- La villa debe ser devuelta en el mismo estado que nel check-in. En el caso contrario, un suplemento puede ser facturado al cliente.
- Los niños deben ser supervisados por un adulto en todo momento al utilizar la bañera de hidromasaje, piscina, sauna o baño turco
- Los niños son bienvenidos
- No es posible organizar eventos en este villa sin el acuerdo de Villanovo de antemano
- Piscina no protegida
- Piscina no vigilada
- Prohibido fumar en el interior de la casa
- Se admiten mascotas (previa aceptación del propietario).
- Lenguas habladas por el personal doméstico : Inglés - Español - Alemán
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A la llegada debe pagar una tasa turista: 2.20 EUR por noche
- El propietario requiere un depósito por un importe de : 1 000.00 EUR

- Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa
- El depósito de la reserva no se reembolsará en caso de anulación.

Gabriela, October 2023, We spent a wonderful and cosy week in this beautiful villa. Everything you need and plenty of space. A good starting point to discover the island (a rental car is very beneficial, otherwise you can't get very far). The cozy loungers in the pool area are great and very comfortable too.
Beautiful lounge area, which we also liked to use in the evening, because it got dark early and sometimes a bit chilly.
Nearby, less than half an hour walk or a few minutes by car there is a small bay of Cala Oliveira.
Supermarkets and small shops, villages of Ibiza town can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
The communication with Marcel has always worked perfectly.
We are happy to recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful time at Marcel's villa! The villa is beautiful and has the most
amazing pool and bbq area, perfect for small children! Communication with Marcel was fantastic from start to finish and he was particularly helpful with all the requests we had regarding our baby. The gated resort area in which the villa is located is easy to find but very safe, especially important on an island that is unfortunately prone to villa burglaries - we would love to stay next time we are in Ibiza!
