In summary

Es Tap is a renovated old country house near Santa Gertrudis. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends holiday in Ibiza. Keeping the charm and the architecture of the finca Ibizenca, the villa is composed of a main house, an annex and an independent house. Each one of you will have privacy but at the same time you will find a lot of commun spaces, where to gather to spend good holidays.

Bedrooms

Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV.

Room 4 - Casita :
Room, Garden level, in another building. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower.

Indoors

The main house is composed of different levels : the living room, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms ensuite. You can have access to the terrace from the living areas.
The two other bedrooms, with their own bathroom as well, are located in the exterior annex.
The independent house, "la casita" has its own living and dining rooms, its fully equipped kitchen and double bedroom with private bathroom.

Outdoors

Once outside, you will be in front of a lovely, well maintened and big garden with Mediterranean plants, perfect for the children to have fun safely.
You can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, on the deckchairs around the pool, on the Balinese beds, in the different sunny spots with comfy couchs.
Thanks to the outdoor dining table, you can enjoy summer meals under the covered terrace, in the shade.
The 15x4m swimming pool offers a beautiful view over the countryside and the mountains of the island.

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
