Very modern villa of 450m² located in the highest part of the Cala Vadella area, very well integrated in the environment. On a plot of 10,000m², fully fenced in the middle of a pine forest, you would enjoy absolute tranquillity and stunning sea views.

Location

Beaches of the West coast of the island are situated within a maximum radius of 10km. Cala Tarida, where our local office is located, is a 5 minute-drive away. The village of San José is 5 minutes away by car and Ibiza town is 20km.

Jacuzzi water is not heated.
The price includes three days of cleaning per week.

Rental conditions

- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Property not suitable for children
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- This house is equipped with surveillance cameras
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 6 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Comments

The views are very impressive, nice pool, big villa, big lot.

The Villanovo website was great and easy to use. Communication wit the team was great and easy and very accommodating.

The furniture in the main house is not very functional. You can’t sit to watch tv in a big bed. All the different levels are not very functional or comfortable. Might be a famous architect but not a good use of space. Pillows on couch are old. No lighting on deck so hard to see your food when eating outside. Just sitting in the dark. The lighting provided was not enough. Housekeeper came on Monday when we just checked in on Saturday. Ideal in the middle of the week and provide fresh towels. I didn’t get towels. Master bedroom is in the middle with no privacy and no bathroom for guests so everyone is using the master bathroom. The location of the property is important to be disclosed on the website that is 1k off the main road and need a 4X4 car. No taxi wants to pick up or drop off at villa. They would drop us off at top of road. Not good walk at 4am to 5am. The pool guy needs to come during the week to clean pool and add more chemicals. The pool gets really dirty with all the pine needles and murky water.
