Indoors
All the facilities in the house are of top quality and include air conditioning and a well equipped and modern kitchen.
The main house has a total of 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have an en-suite bathroom and one is a family room consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition there are 2 garden rooms with a private terrace and sunset views. Both en-suite.
There is also an independent 2 bedroom guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom located outside in the midst of the gardens. There is a large living room area complete with a fireplace with ample space for reading, playing games, watching TV or just laying back and listening to music. Next to the modern kitchen is a beautiful dining area with windows opening to the garden and sea view and a fireplace.
Outdoors
The grounds include a lovely lawn with spectacular sea views, the signature infinity pool, the herb gardens full of aromatic plants and bushes, an outdoor dining area and lots of small shaded relaxation spots with armchairs and hammocks.
For the children there is a treehouse to play in, and plenty of safe ground to roam around on. The big green lawn easily transformed into a football field for both the small and big ones. The dedicated 70 m2 yoga space with sunset views, will keep you energized with your private yoga teacher that can be facilitated to come during your stay. The gym will keep you fit also during your holiday. The Garden Chiringuito Bar and the Rustic Disco can be used for your celebrations.
Staff & Services
The prices include :
- 1 breakfast preparation by a member of the house staff for 5 hours a day (preparation, service and cleaning), the cost of ingredients is not included in the rental price. The house staff can also cook hot products (eggs). The cost of shopping will be charged to the guests.
Location

The idyllic village of St Carlos is 5 minutes away and spectacular beaches such as Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Aguas Blancas and Cala St Vicente are just a short drive away. The villa is a 30 minute drive from Ibiza International Airport and a 20-25 minute drive from Ibiza Town.
