Indoors
Access to the finca is via a courtyard with large dining and relaxation areas. There are two entrances, one leading to the living room and main bedrooms of the house, and the other to the casita.
Carefully renovated with families in mind, the finca is perfectly equipped for babies and children.
You'll love the open-plan living room, which is both elegant and functional. A rustic-style wooden table adds to the overall chic aesthetic. Just next door, another seating area allows the youngest members of the family to enjoy their own space, while remaining close to the parents.
The kitchen has everything you need, including a built-in barbecue and two dining areas, each of which can seat ten people.
Finally, the property has 5 bedrooms (2 in the main house and 3 in the casita).
Outdoors
The outdoor area is designed for the pleasure of relaxing and sharing meals al fresco, with all the facilities you need for an unforgettable stay.
You can also enjoy a beautiful secured swimming pool, which can be heated (11 x 4 - Depth: 2m), surrounded by Balinese daybeds and offering a splendid view of the orchard.
Staff & Services
A grocery delivery service is available, allowing you to place your order online and find the house stocked on arrival, with only the cost of the groceries to pay.
A villa manager is available for your requests, and a cleaning service is available on request (at extra cost).
Please note that in winter (from October to the end of March), electricity consumption is not included in the price and will be charged according to actual consumption (on a meter).

The villa is located in the heart of Ibiza, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, pines and bougainvillea. Its ideal position between San Rafael and San Antonio, and close to Ibiza Town, makes it an easily accessible haven of peace, perfectly situated for exploring all the island has to offer.
