Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Wheelchair accessible

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.20 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 4 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

2024, Un séjour magnifique dans un cadre idyllique. La villa est magnifique avec de très
belles et grandes chambres, un aménagement et une décoration faite avec gout! Vraiment fidèle à l'annonce et aux photos. Très bien située et au calme, la villa dispose de très grands volumes et au calme, la villa dispose de très grands volumes et de plusieurs espaces aussi beaux qu'agréables (coin piscine, barbecue, terrasses extérieures...).
Les chambres ont de grandes baies vitrées offrants de très belles vues, vous pourrez largement profiter de supers couches(et levés) de soleil ;)

Inmocrylux (Miguel) a vraiment été au top, à l ́écoute, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service pour un séjour inoubliable. Il a aussi été très cool et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour nous indiquer les lieux à visiter, les bons restaurants à découvrir. Franchement, un hôte aussi adorable que professionnel...nous reviendrons c ́est sur!!!

Our stay in this beautiful villa was simply amazing! We rented it for my
husband's 40th birthday and were thrilled! The furnishings are in a beautiful boho style and yet clear and calm. You can immediately feel comfortable in every single room. But the sunrises and sunsets that you could see from the large garden and pool area were particularly beautiful.
This place exceeded our expectations! You can really let go and relax here. We can only warmly recommend the villa and will definitely come back again.
