Rental conditions
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer mit zugehörigen Bädern sind alle klimatisiert, wie auch der Wohnraum mit Küche-
Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum.
Direkt an der Finca ist ein großzügiger Essbereich und zusätzlicher noch 2 große Loungesessel und zwei lange Sitzbänke mit Tisch.
Hier kann man morgens wunderbar frühstücken und relaxen.
Von hier aus kommt man zum Poolbereich, wo man ebenfalls einen großzügigen und mit einem Patio überdachten Essbereich und Sitzbereich hat.
Ein Weber Gasgrill ist vorhanden und zusätzlich eine Spüle, ein Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank sowie eine Cerankochstelle.
Also alles vorhanden um hier seinen Lunch oder Dinner zu geniessen.
Der 14 m lange Pool hat im Pool einen separaten Sitzbereich, wo man dann abkühlen und sein Erfrischungsgetränk geniessen kann.
Direkt am Pool stehen 3 Doppelliegen und 2 Einzelliegen mit dicken Auflagen.
Weiterhin sind auch hier zwei große Loungesessel vorhanden.
Zwei weitere große überdachte Liegebereiche spenden Schatten und Erholung, wenn man mal der Sonne entfliehen möchte.
Auflagen für die Liegen und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Ein sehr guter Service. Marc der Manager von Villanovo und auch Amaya (Concierge), sowie unser Emilio (machte täglich den Garten und alles weitere ansonsten, wenn etwas anfiel), waren jederzeit immer für uns da und haben immer sofort reagiert, wenn etwas war und auch sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Haben wir in der Form bisher nicht so kennen lernen dürfen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal dafür.
