All areas to the lower ground floor have properly specified and installed air conditioning.

The living room offers open countryside and panoramic sea views, sunset, Salinas Natural Park, Dalt Vila and Formentera.
The open plan kitchen and dining area are well-equipped with laundry services cupboard and toilet.
The cinema room has a large and confortable sofa, perfect to relax and spend time watching the projector connected to Netflix, internet and Sonos System. There is also a bar with stools and a football table.
The 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor area again accessed by the elevator or staircase. All the rooms were designed to enable the taking in of the magnificent views beyond and features a large bed, a plasma smart television and SONOS sound system.
