Dominated by towering yet graceful palm trees, the garden of Villa 815 invites lazy sunny afternoons sprawled out on its huge tiered lawns, swimming along the great curve of the pool, or resting on one of the many loungers. An interesting feature of the pool is the domed gazebo set in the middle of it, with recessed seating providing a cooler spot out of the heat. Bright tasseled parasols in alternating colours encircle the pool on the stonework patio, providing necessary breaks in the shade.
Indeed, the villa has no shortage of lovely outdoor shaded areas where you can admire the glorious colours that the sun brings, and has a veranda running the full length of the house. Here, there are long cushioned sofas, wicker chairs surrounding tables and ornate lamps that emit an air of the exotic, and you can see the twinkle of ocean in the distance. Or, enjoy your haven of calm and tranquility from the lounge chairs of the wooden balconies, looking out over woodland.
The villa also has a hot tub, a barbeque, and, when you manage to pull yourself away from your private paradise, the stunning beaches of the Northeast coast are just 10 km away.

For families that desire a colossal lawn where everyone has the space to run around and play games for days on end, this is the one. Or, lay a blanket down and enjoy your gigantic private sunbathing haven. Of course, you could relax on one of the many cushioned outdoor beds under their sun umbrellas also.
The finca is situated in an area surrounded by beautiful green hills, which can be admired from anywhere in the garden. Within the garden itself, you also have many lovely colourful flowers, trees and dangling vines from trellises. The stone patios merge seamlessly with the lawns, creating stepping stones from the sea of green before forming into cosy seating areas. There are several of these charming stone courtyards, which have an authentic Mediterranean feel to them through their white walls and staircases leading to roof terraces, in amongst flourishes of vegetation.
There are so many delightful places to spend a tranquil few hours in this garden, swimming back and forth in the rectangular pool, resting in the secret corners beneath the canopies of the smaller trees, or enjoying a meal on the covered dining terrace.

Villa Payoa in the North of Ibiza is a sleek, modern vision with clean-cut edges, where a protruding box ceiling provides the shelter for the scenic outdoor dining area. Walk out of your door, cross the patio, and dip your toes into your own private beach-style pool. Its gentle slope is irresistable, and ideal for your little ones to delight in paddling and splashing about, before the deeper main chamber of the pool. Grand olive and palm trees dot the surrounding skyline, creating a stunning oasis. Dry yourself in the sun on the cushions of the round sofa bed and sunbeds, then take a break in the shade on the spacious seating of the covered awning area, all furnished in Ibiza’s classic white.
All of your meals can be enjoyed outside in the sunny afternoons and balmy evenings, for there are several options of outdoor dining area: at the small ornate table on the lawn, or, if it’s to feed your whole party, the larger dining space with its barbeque, or indeed al fresco anywhere on the wide expanses of lawn that encircle the house.
Here you have views of both ocean cliffs and rolling green hills, which can also be appreciated from within the house, as the property has large windows in every room. These also allow you to see the blooming flowers and twisting tree branches that flourish everywhere, a constant reminder of the paradisiacal holiday setting you’re waking up in. Quaint garden paths weave through the trees of the property, and low stone walls curve their way around the different sections of garden, giving the sense of you having an entire private complex for your family and friends to relish in peace.
