This superb villa is located on one of the most exclusive islands in the world, right next to Ibiza. On a plot of land of 600 000 m2, T island villa offers its guests total privacy as well as remaining close to Ibiza and its attractions which are 10 minutes away by speedboat. With its 5 high-standing bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, T island welcomes up to 10 guests for a comfortable, luxurious and tranquil stay. To optimise your stay, the villa is fully staffed and fully catered to ensure that the maximum efforts our guests have to do is deciding which activity they would like to do. These include jet skiing, water skiing, paddle boarding, sailing and many more water based activities but also hiking, birdwatching and mountain biking. For those who would like to fully recharge their batteries and do as little as possible, T island includes a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a multitude of sunbeds to read your favourite novel in or take a siesta after a deliciously prepared lunch with family or friends, by the villa’s chef.

Villa Franca is a luxurious villa situated in San Juan, in the north of Ibiza. It is ideally located 11 minutes from Cala Benirras beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The north of the island is generally known for being the quieter part of Ibiza, which makes Villa Franca ideal for those who wish to spend some quality time with their loved ones in affluent privacy. Its garden is as radiant as its modern interior design: there are various fruit trees which blend in wonderfully with the views of the the San Juan fields, inside the island. With 6 lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa Franca accommodates up to 8 guests, ideal for a holiday with friends or family. Situated in Calo den Real, in the West of Ibiza, Villa 803 is a minimalist but luxurious villa which welcomes up to 10 guests comfortably with 5 superb beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms. This property is on the front line of the sea, which means the views which can be admired from the terrasses are beautiful. There is nothing more wonderful than watching the sunset behind the island of S’Esparta while enjoying a glass of bubbly with your loved ones. The villa itself is built on a plot of land of 2000 m2, which is more than enough space for children to play around. After a day spent soaking up vitamin D, dip into the private swimming pool for a moment of quiet relaxation. Villa 803 is located near a small supermarket which is less than 1 kilometre away and Ibiza Town is only 7 kilometres away.
