Indoors 

This beautiful and fully equipped house offers spacious and charming interiors.
The villa is spread over several floors and has a lift to each floor, including the roof terrace.
Guests can enjoy pleasant living areas such as the large living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
A first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor, guests will find two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace from which it is possible to enjoy the magnificent view of the valley.
There is a private flat attached to the villa, with two bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a bathroom.
A gym and a soundproof discotheque are also available to guests.


Outdoors​ 

The property has beautiful outdoor. Guests can for example enjoy various green areas, several terraces, Balinese beds, a children's playground, a tennis court and an outdoor pool.
There is also a parking for several cars.

The property is located in a quiet, natural and neighbourhood-free environment, halfway between Ibiza and Santa Eulalia. The house is easily accessible by car from the main road. 
Guests can also easily reach the main amenities, marinas (in case of arrival by boat or wish to rent one), or a shopping area. 
Travellers can also find in Ibiza a leisure area as well as famous bars and restaurants.
The Santa Eulalia area offers its visitors tranquillity, paradisiacal beaches and also famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach, Restaurant Amante and Atzaro.
