Can Cunill was perfect! The house is beautiful, the decor is impeccable and the view only adds up to all the greatness of the house. All the rooms were very comfortable, the wifi, the ac and the fan worked properly, as well as the heating. We had a small trouble with the gate when we were there but Maxime was super quick to solve our issue and on the same day it was fixed. We went in a group of friends and the house was great for socializing, staying by the pool, getting tanned, as well as having large group meals. We hired staff to help us with daily cleaning/organizing and the lady (belkiss) was very sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend the house to anyone and would suggest to hire the cleaning service as a plus, it gives you the extra tranquility during vacation. I had a great experience with the Villanovo concierge and the booking online and all the villas seemed very nice

Property was a good size and perfect for the size of the party. The pool and bar area were excellent and gave lots of space for everyone. Really convenient location and very peaceful while also being only a short walking distance into Sant Josep and a short drive away from beaches and major towns. Local area was excellent for restaurants and had a pleasant atmosphere without being rowdy. Villanovo was excellent both throughout the booking process and making arrangements prior to arrival. When at the villa, local managers were attentive and quick to respond to and resolve any queries. Would have no hesitation using Villanovo for any future bookings.

The villa was absolutely stunning, the views were breathtaking from the pool area. It was a magnificent stay, the upstairs BBQ area with a full Kitchen was a nice touch, we used this a lot. The whole style and decour of the property was magnificent, very well done, it gave the place a homely feel Excellent company, I would highly recommend to my friends to use Villanovo and I will definitely be using you again in the future. I had no issues from beginning to end, the staff were extremely attentive responding to any and all queries quickly and in full. Brilliant!

The villa was of high quality and all areas and rooms were spacious. The two private chefs we had were superb. Marc Sifre and Amaya of Villanovo were excellent-the villa was originally booked in 2020 but due to covid our trip was cancelled several times and had to be rebooked which Marc handled excellently and was so helpful in ensuring we could rebook our holiday with minimal stress. Amaya was fantastic and very helpful with all of the logistics of booking transfers and chefs for our trip.

Wow, this villa checks all boxes. Situated in a great location, Frigolar is a very comfortable and enjoyable place. I stayed with friends from June 22-27, 2022. We were with a group of 6 people. The villa offers a great view and lots of privacy. The outdoor veranda is nicely situated to allow to stay in the shadow if you prefer. The kitchen equipment flawless, the BBQ in good shape, the pool was relaxing and fun, beds were comfortable to sleep. Well done and thumbs up for the owner. I can truly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. The reservation process with Villanovo was easy, clear and made a good, professional impression. Staff was nice and responding to email quickly. If we return to Ibiza, we will certainly turn back to your site and Frigolar in particular.

La maison de plein pied est hyper pratique. L'agencement parfait. Les équipements top ! Une maison très convivial et très calme. La situation géographique est parfaite. Les sdb sont canons. Un sans faute ! Un service client extraordinaire ! EMILY a été d'une gentillesse et d'une réactivité hors du commun. Vraiment quel plaisir et avec 2 enfants en bas age d etre aussi bien accompagné de la remise des clés, pendant le séjour et jusqu'au retour. Elle nous a aussi communiqué de super adresses. Un service excellent.

We really enjoyed the style of the villa and the wonderful views especially from outdoor kitchen. The gym was very well equipped and had a great sound system. The interiors and pool were also gorgeous. Villanovo are good - It is the housekeeping that needs reviewing in my opinion. Emily the villa manager was really lovely and helpful, and Amaya who worked in concierge was very helpful and efficient.

Une vue splendide sur la mer face au coucher de soleil. Un calme absolu. Une maison spacieuse, confortable et facile à vivre en vacances. Des espaces extérieurs nombreux qui permettent de suivre le soleil du matin au soir. Une cuisine ou l'on a envie de cuisiner! Une déco vintage sympa. J'ai été en contact avec Marc de Villanovo qui, dans cette période difficile et un peu au dernier moment, m'a aidé à trouver cette très belle maison. On a passé un très beau séjour! Sur place Charity a été disponible pour les petits tracas. C'est donc un sympathique merci à tous.

Service hyper réactif et précis de Villanovo. 3 jours entre ma demande par mail et la signature du contrat, sans même un contact téléphonique car tout était clair. Aucune mauvaise surprise..... très bien Il a manqué : - 1 fiche sur la maison pour expliquer son fonctionnement (codes wifi, les points de vigilence, le passage des prestataires piscine, ménage....) - 1 fiche sur les bonnes adresses (utiles et plaisir) et plages de la région et le mode de fonctionnement de l'île - 1 définition claire de la mission de votre service Conciergerie

L'accueil par Emily et sa disponibilité et gentillesse tout au long du séjour La localisation L'organisation des parties communes et des chambres Les terrasses à l'entrée et côté piscine La buanderie, la plancha, le point d'eau extérieur et le wc indépendant La piscine et les douches extérieures La piscine en contrebas L'équipement de la maison est complet et très appréciable (cuisine, vaisselle, parasols, lave linge, fil à linge, etc...) Nous avons découvert votre sélection de maisons sur internet et nous en sommes ravis. Un contact téléphonique s'est fait immédiatement après ma réservation en ligne, ce qui est appréciable et rassurant. Le contact n'a jamais été rompu entre le moment de la réservation et notre arrivée. Nos échanges ont toujours été rapides et précis. Vous avez répondus à nos demandes. Seul bémol à propos de la location du bateau ou nous avons été mis en surbooking et avons du attendre 2 h avant de trouver une solution sur place et finalement avoir un bateau plus petit. (nous attendons d'ailleurs toujours le remboursement de la différence de prix...). L'accueil par Emily a été parfait, malgré notre arrivée tardive! (retard de vol...). Nous sommes ravis de notre expérience chez vous et souhaitons pouvoir en profiter à nouveau prochainement!

Jolies balades au sein même du jardin de la maison principale. Très agréable que les chambres soient espacées et isolées dans différents bâtiment ce qui permet d'être un grand groupe mais de ne pas se marcher dessus. Décoration sobre et jolie. Vraiment un SUPER séjour. Très bonne recommandation pour Villanovo, que ça soit Marc, Emylie, Amaya tout le monde a été vraiment agréable, souriant, aimable TRES disponible, réactif. Un grand merci cela a participé à la bonne humeur de notre séjour de20 copines :)

Die Villa ist eine alte Finca, die renoviert wurde und somit top ausgestattet ist. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer mit zugehörigen Bädern sind alle klimatisiert, wie auch der Wohnraum mit Küche- Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Direkt an der Finca ist ein großzügiger Essbereich und zusätzlicher noch 2 große Loungesessel und zwei lange Sitzbänke mit Tisch. Hier kann man morgens wunderbar frühstücken und relaxen. Von hier aus kommt man zum Poolbereich, wo man ebenfalls einen großzügigen und mit einem Patio überdachten Essbereich und Sitzbereich hat. Ein Weber Gasgrill ist vorhanden und zusätzlich eine Spüle, ein Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank sowie eine Cerankochstelle. Also alles vorhanden um hier seinen Lunch oder Dinner zu geniessen. Der 14 m lange Pool hat im Pool einen separaten Sitzbereich, wo man dann abkühlen und sein Erfrischungsgetränk geniessen kann. Direkt am Pool stehen 3 Doppelliegen und 2 Einzelliegen mit dicken Auflagen. Weiterhin sind auch hier zwei große Loungesessel vorhanden. Zwei weitere große überdachte Liegebereiche spenden Schatten und Erholung, wenn man mal der Sonne entfliehen möchte. Auflagen für die Liegen und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Ein sehr guter Service. Marc der Manager von Villanovo und auch Amaya (Concierge), sowie unser Emilio (machte täglich den Garten und alles weitere ansonsten, wenn etwas anfiel), waren jederzeit immer für uns da und haben immer sofort reagiert, wenn etwas war und auch sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Haben wir in der Form bisher nicht so kennen lernen dürfen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal dafür.

Cette maison est isolée dans la campagne et son espace extérieur est très agréable, calme absolu et immense jardin pour de belles balades. Nous avons adoré. À l'intérieur, il y a de l'espace, c'est fonctionnel et la chambre du haut est très sympathique avec une grande terrasse, vue sur Es Vedra, c'est magnifique ! Nous recommandons vivement cette Villa :-) un petit coin de Paradis pour les amoureux de Nature. Un grand plus pour l'accueil bienveillant réservé par l'équipe de Villanovo Ibiza. Merci ++

Très belle vue , très fonctionnelle. Les 3 chambres avec chacune leur sdb et surtout des immenses penderies. Cuisine très pratique avec tout ce qu’il faut. Piscine avec une douche extérieure, transats confortables. La table pour dîner face au coucher de soleil, c’est fantastique. Quel service de la part de Villanovo!!! Bravo vous avez compris que lorsque que l’on part en vacances on souhaite être détendu et ne pas se demander si tout va être comme on le souhaite, paiement , réception des clés, soucis sur place.... Je n’ai jamais vu quelqu’un d’aussi professionnel que Marc, il répond dans la seconde, est très disponible, bref c’est une perle et dieu sait si je suis exigeante. Un immense bravo à lui. Sans nul doute je réserverai mes prochaines vacances avec vous

L’équipement des deux cuisines ( vaisselle , lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur en bas et à l’étage) ce qui permet de manger indifféremment en bas ou à l’étage le soir pour profiter du coucher de soleil. La propreté. Merci à Amaya qui s’est occupé de la location du véhicule. Juste à signaler, une attente un peu longue à l’aéroport, car le véhicule n’était pas à l’endroit indiqué et ensuite la préparation du contrat a été longue, mais la dame charmante ,nous a offert le siège pour enfant , en s’excusant. Un remerciement spécial pour Marc, qui pendant la préparation de ce séjour et aussi lors du séjour, a répondu toujours à toutes mes interrogations. Agréable, disponible, c’est un vrai plus, tant par la qualité de son accueil que son côté professionnel. Un Grand Merci.

La primera impresión que tuvimos de la casa, cada una de las 13 personas que nos alojamos, fue que las fotos no hacían justicia a la realidad: era impresionante! Tenía unas vistas magníficas, las estancias exteriores daban juego para disfrutar de un baño en la piscina, hacer una barbacoa y estar comiendo mirando al mar, o bien estar en la zona chillout disfrutando de una copa y buena compañía. Por otro lado, el interior de la casa también era bastante amplio: salón, habitaciones y baños daban más que de sobra para que 13 personas estuviésemos muy a gusto. Ha sido un placer y volveríamos sin ninguna duda! La atención y servicio que nos ha dado el personal de Villanovo ha sido excepcional: cualquier cosa que necesitábamos, solo teníamos que descolgar el teléfono para tenerlo resuelto. Tanto Sara como Emily han estado muy atentas a nosotros, pero debo hacer una mención especial a la atención de Emily porque la habremos llamado en 4 días unas 20 veces...y siempre con una sonrisa y dándonos soluciones. En definitiva, gran agencia y mejor personal.

This villa is really fabulous, my entire group loved our stay here! The location provided stunning views from sunrise through sunset, and after hours, the terrace was a great place to relax and decompress. The public areas were perfect for the group to hang out and socialize. The bedrooms were all a great size and very comfortable, with great glass showers. The kitchens and dining areas were all well appointed - we made several home cooked meals with the provided grill, and enjoyed having all of the indoor and outdoor table space for group meals. We used both of the pools - they were very clean and a comfortable temperature. Being in a large group of couples, we absolutely loved the numerous private outdoor and indoor areas we could retreat to for individual time. Worked with several customer service reps at Villanovo. All were prompt to respond, and always satisfactorily answered my questions.

Les différents correspondants locaux ont été parfaits eux aussi mais ont rencontré des difficultés avec le propriétaire pour faire les réparations nécessaires. Cela est dommage parce que la maison est parfaite et bien agencée mais les problèmes rencontrés (surtout sécurité de la villa) ne donnent pas une satisfaction de 100% et c'est dommage. Le fait d'avoir eu à partir une journée plus tôt (samedi matin au lieu de dimanche) a été dommage aussi.

Nous sommes dans l'ensemble assez content de l'agence et de la maison. Vous avez été très aidant dans notre recherche de villa. Christelle très à l'écoute et très efficace. Jorge très sympathique et efficace au début mais un peu débordé sur place. A la réception de la maison, l'explication technique était un peu trop rapide. Nous savons que c'est haute saison et qu'il y a beaucoup d'arrivée, mais on ne peux être concerné par cela. La maison de grande qualité, extrêmement agréable à vivre, de très bon goût, la piscine magnifique.... La femme de ménage très dévouée, très gentille, d'une grande discrétion. Nous vous informons juste que n'avons pas apprécié qu'elle ait reçu l'instruction (je pense de la propriétaire) de nettoyer certaine chambres qui n'allaient plus être utilisées et nous demander de ne plus les utiliser. On loue toute la maison pour 15 jours.

We had the most amazing holiday here and want to go back straight away!! It was super comfortable for adults with children. It had all the extra comforts you would expect from a home eg. DVD player with childrens DVDs, AC, Washing machine, Ipod dock and that made it perfect for us. It was just what we wanted. It has been a very memorable and special holiday. I think the properties selected and the website is good. It is a pleasure to look at the website! I was a little surprised however that I had to contact Villanovo myself on both occasions regarding 1) payment of the balance and 2) information regarding our trip a few days before we left for Ibiza. I was expecting to be contacted or given the information in good time by Villanovo. I didn't expect to chase them for this! I was expecting an automated email/ message.
